DFW Industrial Powder Coating’s facility encompasses two conveyor systems consisting of a 5 stage pretreatment system, dry off oven, manual spray booths, automatic recovery spray booth, overhead I beam conveyor, chain on edge conveyor with specialized fixtures with corresponding spray booth, cure oven, burn off oven and media blasting. DFW Industrial Powder Coating’s facility has dock height and grade level capabilities for shipping and receiving.

DFW Industrial Powder Coating applies powder to new parts and refinishes used painted parts or powder coated parts by chemical stripping, burn off and media blasting along with rust removal. Additional services also include items such as special packaging, small assembly, masking an area of any part to control the powder coating coverage, installation of decals or silk screening to compliment the powder coating process.
